2 books in 1 celebrating the first 100 years in the history of Italian soccer national team.

This original double-cover book is presenting on the one hand “100 Azzurri”, a gallery of 100 of the most important players who wore the “Azzurri” uniform; on the other “Azzurri in figurina”, a short history (1962-2010) of World Cup for every sticker collection lover displaying some of the rarest and most famous sticker albums published all over the world.

“100 Azzurri” starts with Cali, the Italian captain of the first ever match played against France in May 1910 in the Milan Arena and goes all the way to Cannavaro the last captain to hold the World Cup after defeating France in 2006: famous and less known players shown in photographs, newspaper clippings, with each player described with excerpts taken from articles of some of the most important Italian journalists.
