The legendary history of the Italian soccer team of Torino, traced from its foundation to today through the objects exhibited with passion and love in the Grande Torino Museum. The story takes us from the beginning, in 1906, to the Scudetto in 1976, up to recent years with a special chapter dedicated to Filadelfia, the arena where the legendary team of Grande Torino played in the 1940s.

The core of the book traces the history of the most extraordinary team in Italian soccer: Grande Torino, which in the 1940’s was able to unite a nation just emerged from the horrors of war and whose story ended in tragedy when the airplane on which all the players and coaches were flying crashed on the hill of Superga just above the city of Turin.
