Rifotografare - Volume III

The 3-book series stems from a research conducted by the Province of Modena over forty years ago when it faced the new and not easy commitments of planning and protection of the territory together with a still young Region; with the collaboration of willing Municipalities and mountain Communities, it explored with the camera and with the words of historians the sites of its vast Appennine territory.

The books published in the 70s and 80s were the motivation and the guide to retrace the same places, to record the changes and evolution. The comparative documentation, created in a three-year project, focuses on six Municipalities, a homogeneous territory around the valleys of  Dolo, Dragone, and Rossenna creeks: Frassinoro, Lama Mocogno, Montefiorino, Palagano, Polinago, and Prignano. The third and last volume of the series examines the municipalities of Lama Mocogno and Polinago.
