Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from
this contract by means of an explicit declaration (letter sent by post to Anniversary srl – Via Giardini 428 – 41124 Modena (Italy) or by email to info@anniversarybooks.it).
To this end, you can use the attached withdrawal form.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the relevant communication to exercise the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to
our favor, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your
choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

within 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.
You are held responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the manipulation of the good other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
